The meQ GmbH website contains information required by law that enables quick electronic contact. If a data subject contacts us by email or via a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the data subject is automatically stored.

The controller processes and stores personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or as provided for by the European legislator.

d) Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): Every data subject has the right to demand the erasure of personal data concerning them.
e) Right to restriction of processing: Every data subject has the right to demand restriction of the processing of their data.
f) Right to data portability: Every data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
g) Right to object: Every data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them.
h) Automated individual decision-making, including profiling: Every data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
i) Right to withdraw consent: Every data subject has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
9. Google AdWords
The controller has not integrated any Google AdWords component on this website.
10. Legal Basis for Processing
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing necessary for the performance of a contract. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.
11. Legitimate Interests in Processing
Where the processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest is the conduct of our business operations.
12. Duration of Storage
The criterion for the duration of storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After expiry of that period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted.
13. Statutory or Contractual Requirements for the Provision of Data
The provision of personal data is partly required by law or may result from contractual provisions.
14. Automated Decision-Making
As a responsible company, we do not use automatic decision-making or profiling.
